Based in beautiful southern California my focus is to elevate each guests' experience and give back to the local community. Hi! I'm Candace, loan officer and Accountant for Brite Place. I specialize in all different types of purchase and refinance loans and down payment assistance programs. I have been working in accounting for over 15 years providing and have a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA and an associate degree in Accounting from Santa Monica College. When I am not working on loans or bookkeeping, I can be found hiking, teaching barre fitness classes at a local studio,eating sushi, and traveling with my family.

Hi, I'm Bella! I'm a an interior designer specializing in creating unique and beautiful short term rental spaces. I’m based in Salt Lake City, Utah, but I work and travel all over the United States. my background is in graphic design, but after investing in short term rentals on my own, I realized my design skills translated to interiors. My favorite part of the design process is creating the mood boards, painting murals, and placing the final touches on a property before photographs. I’m excited to hopefully have the opportunity to make your space something truly magical.
